PUBLIC GOLF COURSES

One of Hendricks County's richest assets is the variety of golf courses and locations throughout the county. Of the 11 courses found in the county, two are nationally recognized clubs, and the others are not far behind. Avon plays home to the county's only private golf club, Prestwick Country Club. This 18-hole course is nestled just outside of downtown Avon, and is considered one of the most scenic courses in the county.
