While I was not there when he was, my experience was much more like the one of Josh Duke! Excellent food served by friendly people. Variety galore always made fresh and served precisely the way you want it. I had the cajun burger (substituted a turkey burger) on a whole wheat bun. Outstanding! Just to kick it up a little more, even though it comes with pepperjack cheese, I added jalapeno relish. YUM! Got a side salad with basalmic dressing on the side instead of the fries, add a brew and ... well, wow! Good eats! All this a friendly enough to bring the kids. Orderd Bison burger and fries. Burger came out warm not made fresh fries old and not very hot as well. For the price paid I would recommend Red Robin or Chilis over Teddy's. Staff told about issues didn't seem to care (teenagers). Had to flag down manager who did adjust bill then left went to Chilis. Manger did admit food was not fresh and apologized.
